The price was cheap, but the amount of services you get for that money is stunning! The room was big and tidy, the hotel is located in a quiet area, good wifi-coverage. The stuff was very friendly, room service is excellent. I strongly recommend!

Recently refurbished, close to nightlife, restaurants, bar, and hypermarket. Efficient and friendly staff. Good cost and room size. Strong AC, clean rooms with nice decor in lobby. Made-to-order breakfast with limited variety. Good value Thai food nearby. Warm shower, working facilities. Properly prepared and clean rooms.

Our room was huge and updated with the iffy jacuzzi. We really enjoyed tea and fruit the hotel served. Amicable staff, provided information if needed.

The Rich Hotel offers clean rooms, modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, and good quality linen. The included breakfast includes a few Western options like toast and eggs cooked to order. The hotel is conveniently located about 2km from the main bus station.
Felt immediately at home, no complaints at all.

Some of the reception staff were not prepared to help with answers to questions ,also twice during our stay there was a group of chinese or thai in the breakfast area and we could not get any breakfast,we did ask the night before what time breakfast was served and told 06.30 but after going down early at 06.10 to wait for the start we find the chinese were already having theres and the room was full

Location: the hotel was next to The Mall- big shopping centre, Terminal 21, and city center. The food for breakfast, especially eggs and fruit, was outstanding. Throughout the day staff were very helpful and really helpful.
The staff was not always friendly.

Everything was nice, had a LUXURIOUS stay of 5 nights up to 10 nights in length. The rooms were airy and neat, were equipped with much character, a decent view, comfortable bed.
